Little Red Door commissioned the fabrication of hop flower molds to create an edible garnish for their cocktail "Hops". The drink featured on their award winning menu "Flourish”.

The Parisian cocktail bar, has been named in the World's 50 Best Bars list for the past eight years. Known for their focus on local producers and the farm to glass model, each cocktail is built around a single piece of produce.

The geometry of the hop was sculpted in 3D. Plant textures scanned using our custom rig were applied to the surface. The hops were 3D printed and molded in food-grade silicone and sent to Paris for Little Red Door to use in their labs.
