Working with independent record label Juan Forte, we developed a set of 45rpm/7" turntable adapters.

The form was taken from their animated character "Juan". The low polygon character model was converted into a high poly model and extra details digitally sculpted in. The character was combined with a traditional 45 puck which was modelled in CAD software to ensure geometric tolerances for the functionality were met.

The adaptors were fabricated in small batches in a cyan and magenta resin before being primed and lacquered.
